Great atmosphere, great food, great prices!
I had the brisket sandwich with greenbeans...both were excellent and the portions were very generous. My wife had the vegetables beef soup and it was exceptionally delicious and hearty.
Patrick and his staff were friendly, funny and attentive. Consider yourself fortunate if you wind up at the Good Luck Barnard Grill! -

Had a great time playing giant Jenga outside. The owner didn't have it out because it just rained, but he brought it out so we could play. Bartender makes a great black Russian, and they even had bug spray outside, thanks!

.Two Hour Lunch Guys............ ..
Slow at lunch:
We arrived at 11 am , two guys sitting at the bar drinking , we go in and order a couple burgers and fries, we both agreed the food is ok.
The waitress bar tender runs the whole place , she must have forgotten to tell us about the daily special because the way we found out was over hearing her tell two other people who came in after we did.
If you're in a hurry for lunch this is the place to go , because in our two hours the place only had 8 men come in and half only drank beer, it's a bar that has something for it's customers to eat while getting drunk.. -

This is a great place for drink specials. Thursday night is lady's night with $8 getting you unlimited. The food tastes homemade. It's bar food. Not bad food, it works for getting something to eat while you drink.
The patio is certainly fun. It feels like you're in the back yard of your friend's house. Yard Jenga, Mario Kart some nights and TVs. It is a nice escape from the crowds in Soulard. A few regulars. This is my new favorite sport until it gets too crowded and I have to move on. -

Dive on in to this hidden gem on the skirts of Soulard. Cold beer and wild fucking people jamming to Ramones is how we go... ya dig? It's a great in between spot whether you're coming or going. Get Lucky today!
